Cash, check, money order, debit and major credit cards are accepted for payment by phone, mail or in person.
$250 for each clinical intake
$100-200 per session
$25- 50 for group sessions
Assessment costs vary depending on needs:
$1200 psychosexual assessment
$450 violence risk assessment
$250 substance use evaluation
$150 gambling assessment
$450 SAP/DAC evaluation
Rates may be adjusted based on program,client circumstances and income. If you have questions about costs, please inquire directly. Cost of services will not prevent patients from receiving necessary care, treatment or referral for services. Reduced sliding fees are available for those wiling to pay at the time of service only.
The rates listed above may not reflect agreement for services with third party insurance providers, agencies or government funded services. Insurance reimbursement is less than fees charged for services. Co-payments and deductibles (the amount your insurance carrier requires you to pay for services) may vary and are best clarified directly with your insurance carrier.
For gambling evaluation and treatment, services are available at no cost to those willing to have information shared with the MT Council of Problem Gambling.

Services may be covered in full or in part by health insurance or your employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health benefits with this provider?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you. We do not double book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep and show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand therapists only get paid when they deliver a service... therefore missed appointments are costly for us and prevent us from catering to other clients.
That said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
In the event that you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach us, please leave a message on our voice-mail system. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.
Note: We recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are outside of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
